The Embracing Irrationality workshop is a living demonstration of how teams can become irrational thinkers.
Ben Gaddis and James Lanyon run the workshop in an immersive session that is broken down into hands-on team-based sprints. Working from an industry prompt teams work through the process to craft their Irrational Vision Statement.
Ben and James have run Embracing Irrationality Workshops at the Fast Company Innovation Festival, Cannes and with corporate groups from diverse industries.
